Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. However, in the event that any item in your order is temporarily or permanently unavailable after we have accepted your order and at the time of dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for that item. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives. We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind suffered or incurred by you due to your order not being fulfilled as a result of the unavailability of any item.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
All items in your order that are in stock will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days.
You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place your order.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box. Please use a street address when placing your order to avoid delays.
New Zealand: 2-7 working days, depending on your region.
Working days are Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, click the link provided in the email to be automatically redirected to the appropriate courier site.
Alternatively, please refer to the Toll website for all domestic orders.
We cannot deliver order to PO Boxes. Please use a street address as your delivery address when placing your order.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Delivery charges and minimum order are subject to change at any time.
You will need to sign for your order when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for your order, Toll will leave a note with instructions for collection.
Please check your order upon arrival to ensure it contains the right contents.

If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the Refund and Exchange Policy.
Items purchased online can be returned by post for a refund.

Once we receive your package, we’ll check the item(s) to see if our returns policy has been met. Once approved, we’ll process the refund and notify you by email. The refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items cannot be exchanged via post.
Items purchased online should be returned via post for refunds.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
Item(s) must be sealed and otherwise unused with all original packaging intact.
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-4 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and local taxes.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the quality complaint has been logged with Customer Services.
